This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services and subscriptions purchased directly from Soul Sun Travels LLC dba FLYWAY COMMERCE. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Professional Services

All professional services provided by Soul Sun Travels LLC dba FLYWAY COMMERCE, including but not limited to consulting, setup, configuration, project-based work, and other service-based work, are non-refundable once services have commenced.

Cancellation of any related service or subscription will stop future billing only and does not apply to fees already earned or services already performed.

No contracts. No cancellation fees.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the selected plan rate until canceled with 30 days’ notice.

Hosting & Recurring Subscription Services

Hosting and other recurring subscription services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

  • You may cancel anytime by contacting support@flywaycom.com
  • Cancellation stops future billing only
  • No prorated or partial refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle
  • Any unused time may be credited toward future services upon reactivation
  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period

Third-Party Products & Services

Soul Sun Travels LLC dba FLYWAY COMMERCE does not control or issue refunds for third-party services. All such services are subject to the respective provider’s refund and cancellation policies.

Billing Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have any billing concerns, please contact support@flywaycom.com before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in suspension or termination of services.

Refund Processing (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary by provider
  • Approved refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days
